Arrest of a Citizen in Hazmieh for Committing Various Crimes

The Lebanese Army Command - Directorate of Orientation issued the following statement:
On 28/03/2024, a patrol from the Intelligence Directorate arrested the citizen (B.D.) in Hazmieh for committing the following crimes: heading a gang involved in fraud and scams, attempted murder, kidnapping, and robbery by force of arms, shooting, drug abuse, and roaming without identification documents. A significant amount of cash was also found in his possession.
The confiscated items were handed over, and the investigation was initiated with the arrestee under the supervision of the competent judicial authorities.
