Raid operations and confiscation of firearms and ammunition in Hay Al Sharawna – Baalbek

The Army Command – Directorate of Orientation issued the following statement:

On 09/08/2023, an army unit supported by a patrol from the Intelligence Directorate raided the residences of wanted individuals in Hay Al Sharawna – Baalbek. Firearms, hunting rifles, an amount of ammunition, as well as a quantity of drugs and machines used for their manufacture were seized.

The seized items were handed over and the investigation was initiated under the supervision of the competent judicial authorities.
