The Signal Regiment

Mission:

• Fixing and operating a comprehensive communication system for the army with the aim of supporting the functions of the command at different levels, and providing internal communication for the army command and general staff.
• Teaching the Signal course to the ground forces.
• Providing liaison between the Army Command and the ministry of communication.

The emblem:
The emblem is composed of a flame symbolizing knowledge, a sword symbolizing right and power, an ellipse (electrons path) denoting continuous motion and renovation, radiations demonstrating persistence and a cedar tree symbolizing the nation and immortality.

Date of establishment:
The Signal Regiment was established on 01/03/1982 and was located in Rihaniye.
