Visitors of General Aoun

The Lebanese Army Commander in Chief, General Joseph Aoun, received at his office in Yarzeh the EU Ambassador to Lebanon, Ms Sandra De Waele, and they deliberated on various matters. He also received MPs Michel Al-Daher and Asaad Dargham and they discussed the general situation in the country, followed by a delegation from the American Task Force on Lebanon (ATFL) headed by former Ambassador Edward Gabriel, and the members of the delegation were briefed about the difficulties faced by the army in the context of maintaining the security and stability of Lebanon.
