Visitors of General Aoun

The Lebanese Armed Forces Commander General Joseph Aoun received in his office in Yarzeh the Director-General of Political and Security Affairs at the French Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs, Frédéric Mondoloni, along with the Director-General of International and Strategic Relations at the French Ministry of Defense, Alice Rufo, and an accompanying delegation. The meeting was also attended by the French Ambassador to Lebanon, Hervé Magro, and the Military Attaché Colonel Grigory Medina. They discussed the general situation in the country, particularly at the southern borders. The members of the delegation emphasized the importance of the army's role in preserving Lebanon's security and stability during the current circumstances. In turn, the Army Commander expressed his gratitude to the French authorities for their continuous support to the military institution.
