The following information presents a brief summary of his life and military career:
•    Born on 05/07/1953 in Ain El Remmeneh, Baabda .
•    Enlisted in the Army on 01/10/1973 and rose through the ranks, starting as a lieutenant as of 01/07/1976 and reaching the rank of General as of 03/02/1998.
•    Received several medals and decorations as well as commendations and congratulations of the Lebanese Army Commander in Chief several times.
•     Followed several educational and training courses in Lebanon and abroad.
•    Married with one child.
