The closing ceremony of the 9th conference
The 9th AIDS conference was concluded this morning at Le Royal Hotel – Dbayeh, by announcing the final recommendations by the work groups.
It was followed by an honoring ceremony of the funding organizations, that was attended by the deputy Chief of Staff for Personel, Brigadier General P.S.C Khalil Yehya, representing the Armed Forces Commander, in addition to representatives from funding companies and chiefs of studies and research centers as well as figures that have participated in the conference and media, intellectual and cultural figures.
The head of the general committee of the conference Brigadier General P.S.C Saiid Kozah delivered a speech in the occasion in which he expressed his appreciation to the supporting countries and all the parties that have participated in it and contributed to its success.
Brigadier General Kozah also showcased the positive results of the conference, particularly exchanging proposals and ideas around “Artificial Intelligence in Security and Defense 2019”.
