Graduation of female troops in the Republican Guard Brigade

The Republican Guard Brigade hosted this morning the graduation ceremony of female troops who completed their designated training curriculum. The Republican Guard Brigade Commander in charge Colonel P.S.C Bassam el-Helo headed the ceremony and represented the LAF Commander General Joseph Aoun. Trainers and the family members of the troops assisted the ceremony. Colonel P.S.C Bassam el-Helo delivered a speech in which he said that “this precious country deserves all our sacrifices for it is the land of the ancestors and the school that gave us our identity and the home where we brought up on the values of patriotism, freedom and dignity and as long as the Army is the shield that is defying and deterring the enemies while safeguarding the Lebanese by providing peace and tranquility, let us work hard to preserve our achievements bearing in mind the higher national interests.

A military parade took place at the end of the ceremony with the participation of the graduates.
