The Army Command announces the demise of retired Brigadier General Naim Farah

The Army Command – Directorate of Orientation announced the demise of retired Brigadier General Naim Farah who passed on 19/01/2018. In the following is a summary of his life:

• Born on 06/10/1933 – Kosba - Koura
• Enrolled in the army on 01/10/1956 then rose to Brigadier General doctor from 01/01/1986
• Granted several medals and the commendation of the Armed Forces Commander several times.
• Attended several study courses inside the country and abroad
• Married with 3 kids

The deceased will be transferred on 21/01/2018 at 11.00 from Saydet Lebnan Hospital – Jounieh to the Church of Holy Ascension for the Greek Orthodox – Kfarhbab - Ghazir where the funeral will be held on the same date at 14.00 where the funeral will take place in the family cemetery in Kosba - Koura.

Condolences may be offered before and after the funeral and on 22 and 23/01/2018 starting 14.00 until 19.00 in the hall of the mentioned church.
