The Army Headquarters announces the demise of Retired Brigadier General Charbel Abou Antoun

The Army Headquarters – Directorate of Orientation announces the demise of Retired Brigadier General Charbel Abou Antoun who passed away on 07/04/2018. In the following is a summary of his life:

• Born on 08/03/1954 in Taalabaya - Zahle.
• Enrolled in the Army on 01/10/1974 then rose to Brigadier General from 01/01/2005.
• Granted several medals and the commendation of the Armed Forces Commander several times.
• Attended several courses inside and outside Lebanon
• Married with 3 kids.

The deceased will be transferred on 08/04/2018 at 12.30 from Bekaa hospital to Taalabaya where the funeral will be held on the same date at 15.00 in St. Elias Church – Taalabaya - Zahle.

Condolences may be offered before and after the funeral on 09/04/2018 from 10.00 till 18.00 in the hall of the mentioned church and on 10/04/2018 from 12.00 till 18.00 ‎‎in St.Elias Church – Dik el Mehdi.
