Arrest of 2 Citizens in Al Maloula and Al Qamouaa – North for Various Crimes

The Lebanese Armed Forces Command – Directorate of Orientation issued the following statement:

On 15/09/2024, a patrol from the Intelligence Directorate arrested in Al Maloula – Tripoli the citizen (H.M.) for throwing a hand grenade towards a shop in Al Qobbeh.

Moreover, another patrol arrested in Al Qamouaa – Akkar the citizen (M.H.) for opening fire on 14/09/2024, leading to the death of a citizen.

The investigation was initiated with the arrestees under the supervision of the competent judicial authorities.
