Arrest of 3 Syrians in Damour – Mount Lebanon for promoting drugs

The Lebanese Army Command - Directorate of Orientation issued the following statement:
On 24/01/2024, a patrol from the Intelligence Directorate arrested in Damour – Mount Lebanon the Syrians (M.K.), (Kh.H.), and (H.H.) for illegally entering the Lebanese territory and promoting drugs. An amount of drugs and firearms was seized in their possession.
The confiscated items were handed over, and the investigation was initiated with the arrestees under the supervision of the competent judicial authorities.
