Ceremony for the Delivery of a Backup Solar Energy System at the Tebnin Government Hospital – Bent Jbeil
As part of the cooperation project with the Kingdom of the Netherlands, a ceremony was held at Tebnin Government Hospital – Bent Jbeil for the delivery of a backup solar energy system in partnership with the Dutch authorities. The event was attended by the Dutch Ambassador to Lebanon, Frank Mollen; the Director of Civil-Military Cooperation (CIMIC), representing the interim LAF Commander, Major General Hassan Audi; the Director General of the Ministry of Public Health, Fadi Sinan, representing the Minister of Public Health, Dr. Firas Al Abyad; Major General Stefano Messina, representing the Commander of the United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon, General Aroldo Lázaro; and the Governor of Nabatieh, Dr. Houwaida Al Turk.
On the other hand, Brigadier General Iyad Al Alam, the Director of Civil-Military Cooperation, delivered a speech at the event, stating: "Our meeting today, on the occasion of the completion of the solar energy project for the Tebnin Government Hospital, represents a new chapter in the distinguished partnership and fruitful cooperation between the Directorate of Civil-Military Cooperation in the LAF and the Kingdom of the Netherlands. This vital project serves the interests of the residents of many towns in the region and contributes to improving their living conditions."
