Citizen arrested in Security Crackdown to prevent Threats to Public Safety and Transportation

The Lebanese Army Command – Directorate of Orientation issued the following statement:

In continuation of the previous statement regarding the arrest of a person for attacking a public transport bus in the Dora area, and within the framework of pursuing those who disrupt security and preventing attacks on citizens and public transport buses, a patrol from the Directorate of Intelligence arrested the citizen (A.R.) in the same area for inciting a number of individuals to attack these buses.

The investigation with the detainee was initiated under the supervision of the competent judicial authority.
