A clash with soldiers while attempting to open the road in Khalde

The Army Command – Directorate of Orientation issued the following statement:
While a military vehicle was attempting to pass by Khalde, it came across a group of protesters blocking the road, leading to an exchange of insults and to shoving, thus causing the soldier to open fire in order to disperse the conflicting parties, injuring an individual.
The Army Command opened an investigation in the issue after having arrested the perpetrator under the directives of the relative authorities.
