The Lebanese Armed Forces Take Over a Former Center of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine - General Command in Kosaya - Zahle

The Army Command - Directorate of Orientation issued the following statement:
In continuation of the army's process of taking over military centers that were occupied by Palestinian organizations inside Lebanese territory, an army unit took over Kosaya center – Zahle, formerly affiliated with the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine - General Command, in addition to its tunnels, and confiscated a quantity of firearms and ammunition in addition to military equipment. Specialized units are also working to detonate mines planted near the center and dismantle and treat dangerous unexploded ordnance.
These missions come within the framework of maintaining security and stability and extending state authority in various regions.
