Raids and Arrest of 13 individuals in Al Faour – Bekaa for their Involvement in a Clash Marked by Gunfire

The Army Command - Directorate of Orientation issued the following statement:        

On 27/08/2023, due to a family clash marked by gunfire in Al Faour – Bekaa, an army unit implemented security measures and arrested seven citizens and two Syrians.

The army unit also raided residences involved in the clashes and arrested four citizens. Firearms and ammunition were seized.

The seized items were handed over and the investigation was initiated with the arrestees under the supervision of the competent judicial authorities.
