•    Born on 01/03/1945 in Zgharta.
•    Enlisted in the Army on 01/10/1966 and rose through the ranks, starting as a lieutenant on 01/08/1969 and reaching the rank of General as of 01/01/1997.
•    Received several medals and decorations as well as commendations and congratulations of the Lebanese Armed Forces Commander several times.
•    Followed several educational and training courses in Lebanon and abroad.
•    Married with 4 children.
