The Army Command – Directorate of Orientation declares the sad demise of Retired Brigadier General P.S.C. Mohamad Saadeddine Saad who passed away on 12/01/2025.
The following information presents a summary of his life and military career:

  • Born on 22/02/1937 in Barja - Chouf.
  • Enlisted in the Army on 01/01/1959 and rose through the ranks, starting as a lieutenant on 15/09/1961 and reaching the rank of General as of 01/07/1988. 
  • Received several medals and decorations as well as commendations and congratulations of the Lebanese Armed Forces Commander several times.
  • Followed several educational and training courses in Lebanon and abroad.
  • Married with 3 children.
