VISITORS OF GENERAL AOUN

The Lebanese Armed Forces Commander, General Joseph Aoun, received in his office in Yarzeh the Minister of Information in the caretaker government, Ziad Makkary, as well as the Lebanese Ambassador to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Fawzi Kabbara. The discussions covered the general situation in Lebanon and the region.

General Aoun also received the Saudi Military Attaché, Colonel Fawaz Al Mutairi, and they discussed ways to enhance cooperation between the armies of both countries. Additionally, Mr. Bahaa Hariri commended the efforts of the Lebanese Army in preserving the security and stability of Lebanon.
