VISITORS OF GENERAL AOUN

The Lebanese Armed Forces Commander, General Joseph Aoun, received in his office in Yarzeh, the Minister of Economy in the caretaker government, Amin Salam, and they discussed the general situation in the country.
He then received Admiral Edward Ahlgren, the senior advisor to the British Ministry of Defense to the Middle East, in the presence of the British Ambassador to Lebanon, Hamish Cowell. They discussed the general situation in the country amid the ongoing Israeli aggression against Lebanon and ways to enhance cooperation between both armies.
He also received the Secretary-General of the Syrian-Lebanese Supreme Council, Professor Nasri Khoury, and they discussed various matters.
