Individuals arrested in Gallery Samaan area – Cheyah

The Army Command – Directorate of Orientation issued the following statement:

A patrol from the Intelligence Directorate arrested in Gallery Samaan area – Cheyah the citizens (M.K.), (J.J.), (AA.J.) and the Syrian (AA.D.) for forming a gang that steals motorcycles and transports them through a passenger van.

The arrestees confessed to stealing around 100 motorcycles, promoting, abusing and transporting drugs from Bekaa to Beirut, and walking around without identification documents.

An amount of drugs, a sum of money, and a stolen motorcycle were seized in their possession.

The arrestees and the seized items were turned in to the competent judicial authorities.
