Injury of 5 soldiers due to clashes inside Ain al-Hilweh camp

The Army Command - Directorate of Orientation issued the following statement:

On 10/09/2023, as a result of armed clashes inside Ain Al-Hilweh camp in Sidon, three shells fell on two positions belonging to the deployed army units in the vicinity of the camp. This led to the injury of five soldiers, one of whom is in critical condition. They were transferred to nearby hospitals for treatment.

The Army Command reiterates its warning to the parties involved within the camp against endangering military barracks and personnel, and emphasizes that the army will take appropriate measures.
