Arrest of a wanted individual in Akkar El Atika for commiting shooting and citizens kidnapping crimes

The Army Command – Directorate of Orientation issued the following statement:

On 04/10/2023, a patrol from the Intelligence Directorate arrested in Akkar El Atika the citizen (M.I.) known as “Abou Harika”, wanted for having several arrest warrants for committing shooting crimes, citizens’ kidnapping and his engagement in indecent behavior and blackmailing others. A Kalashnikov weapon, a pistol, and a hunting rifle were seized in his possession.

The seized items were handed over and the investigation was initiated with the arrestee under the supervision of the competent judicial authorities.
