Palestinian arrested for opening fire at an army checkpoint on a previous date, and for participating in armed clashes inside Ain Al Hilwe camp

The Lebanese Army Command - Directorate of Orientation issued the following statement:
On 24/2/2024, a patrol from the Intelligence Directorate arrested the Palestinian (H.AA.) at the entrance of Ain Al Hilwe camp for opening fire at an army checkpoint on 20/2/2024, and for participating in armed clashes inside the camp. He is also wanted under several arrest warrants for the crime of shooting.
Investigation was initiated with the arrestee under the supervision of the competent judicial authorities.
