Raids and arrests of 8 individuals in different areas

The Lebanese Armed Forces Command – Directorate of Orientation issued the following statement:
On 04/02/2025, an army unit supported by a patrol from the Intelligence Directorate raided the residences of wanted individuals in Nabi Sheet, Sareen, and Shmestaar - Bekaa, and arrested 8 individuals for opening fire and terrorizing citizens, and seized a large quantity of firearms and military equipment, in addition to an amount of drugs, and a truck loaded with gasoline prepared for smuggling.
The seized items were handed over, and an investigation with the arrestees was initiated under the supervision of the competent judicial authorities.
