Hoisting the Lebanese flag above the hilltops of Halime Qara, Ouqabat Martbaya and Halime el Qabou

The Army Headquarters – Directorate of Orientation issued the following statement:

LAF units continued their deployment in Wadi Martbaya and its surroundings which were confirmed to be free from ISIS members. The Lebanese flag was hoisted above the hilltops of: Halime Qara, Ouqabat Martbaya and Halime el Qabou which are the highest heights in the region while specialized units in the engineering regiment are scanning the lands in order to detect bombs, mines and suspicious devices left behind by terrorists and tackle their issue.
