Graduation ceremony of trained NCO and conscripts in Sidon Municipal Stadium
Sidon Municipal Stadium hosted on this morning the graduation ceremony of a trained NCO and conscripts (with extended services) following the completion of the designated training period. Brigadier General P.S.C Ibrahim Abboud Commander of the 1st Infantry Brigade headed the ceremony and represented LAF Commander General Joseph Aoun. Official and social figures attended the ceremony along with the parents of the graduates and army officers. Brigadier General P.S.C Ibrahim Abboud said in his speech “the people has entrusted you on its destiny and you should be up to this precious trust. Remember that whenever the winds of tumult hits the country the people will be looking up to you in search hope. Be confident that your army expects you to pump new blood vibrant with youth and vigor in its veins so that you may participate along with your comrades in the missions of defense, security and development.
A Military parade took place at the end of the ceremony where all the graduates have participated.
