Army Arrests Two Shooters Immediately Following an Armed Clash in Burj Abi Haidar–Beirut That Left Two Dead and One Injured

The Lebanese Army Command – Directorate of Orientation issued the following statement:

An altercation occurred in Burj Abi Haidar–Beirut area as a result of previous disputes, during which gunfire was exchanged, resulting in the death of two citizens and the serious injury of another.

An army unit immediately arrived at the scene, contained the clash, arrested two of the shooters, and took the necessary security measures to bring the situation in the area under control. Efforts are ongoing to arrest the remaining individuals involved.
