Army Commander-in-Chief Attends Live-Fire Training Exercise by the 2nd Land Border Regiment in the Qaa Heights: Our Stance Is Clear, Our Objectives Are Clear, and Our Resolve Is Firm

The Army Commander-in-Chief, General Rodolph Haykal, attended a live-fire training exercise in the Qaa Heights – Baalbek, conducted by the 2nd Land Border Regiment and other Land Forces units, alongside the Air Force.

General Haykal stressed that the continuation of these exercises at the Army level, despite the heavy operational workload, demonstrates the ongoing training process aimed at enhancing the personnel’s readiness and professionalism. He emphasized that the Army’s combat mission remains a priority for the command, in preparation for all possible scenarios.

Addressing the troops, the Commander-in-Chief said: “Our stance is clear, our objectives are clear, and our resolve is firm. In the face of major challenges, the Lebanese people continue to place their trust in the Army.”

He also commended their professionalism, high morale, steadfast conviction, and commitment to their military doctrine despite the difficult circumstances.

He said: “Lebanon can endure only with a strong army that believes in its mission and its homeland. Our loyalty to the institution, our deep sense of belonging to it, and our commitment to its principles are no less important than weapons and equipment. Whoever supports the Army supports the nation, and the Army will lead Lebanon to safety.”
