Army Pursues Criminals and Security Offenders, Arrests Three of Them

The Army Command – Directorate of Orientation issued the following statement:

In the context of ongoing efforts to pursue criminals and security offenders, the Directorate of Intelligence carried out a raid in the Sin el Fil – Beirut, arresting two foreign domestic workers for stealing a large sum of money, a quantity of jewelry, two pistols, and military ammunition from a citizen’s home.

Another patrol from the Directorate arrested the citizen (A.Y.) in Noueiri – Beirut after a video circulated on social media showing him firing shots into the air alongside several individuals.

Additionally, a patrol from the Directorate arrested the Syrian (M.D.) in Khaldeh for trafficking military weapons, and three were found in his possession.

The seized items were handed over, and an investigation was initiated with the detainees under the supervision of the competent judicial authorities.
