The Army Refers Two Detainees to the Competent Judiciary Following Investigations into the Case of “Abou Omar”

The Lebanese Army Command – Directorate of Orientation issued the following statement:
As part of its follow-up on the case of the individual known as “Abou Omar,” the Army Intelligence Directorate conducted a series of investigations. As a result, the investigation file for the two detainees was referred to the competent judiciary based on the directive of the Public Prosecution of Appeals.
