Arrest of 8 Individuals in Various Areas of Bekaa and Tripoli

The Army Command - Directorate of Orientation issued the following statement:
Units of the army, supported by patrols from the Directorate of Intelligence, raided the residences of wanted individuals in Baalbek and the areas of Faour, Taalabaya, and Jalala in Bekaa, and arrested the citizens (AA.AA.), (M.AA.), (AA.AA.), (M.Z.), and (S.Q.) for shooting. Military weapons, ammunition and military equipment were seized in their possession.
Additionally, a patrol from the Directorate of Intelligence arrested the Palestinian (Y.A.) and the Syrians (M.S.) and (GH.B.) in the Badawi area of Tripoli for their involvement in the murder of citizen (A.F.), who was found dead in his car on December 21, 2024, in the Mount Badawi area.
The seized items were handed over, and an investigation with the detainees was initiated under the supervision of the competent judicial authority.
