Arrest of Three Citizens for Their Involvement in Assaulting Officers

The LAF Command – Directorate of Orientation issued the following statement:
On August 6, 2025, as part of the pursuit of those involved in the assault on officers from the LAF and the General Directorate of General Security, resulting in injuries in Tyre, the Intelligence Directorate managed to arrest citizens (AA.A.) and (AA.F.) for their participation in the assault. A unit from the LAF, supported by a patrol from the aforementioned directorate, raided the residence of citizen (H.H.) in Al Hosh - Tyre for his collaboration with the wanted individuals and assisting them in fleeing. A quantity of weapons, military ammunition, and military gear was seized from his possession.
The seized items were handed over, and investigations with the arrestees were initiated under the supervision of the competent judicial authorities. Efforts are ongoing to arrest the remaining individuals involved.
