Citizen arrested for assaulting an army personnel

The Lebanese Army Command – Directorate of Orientation issued the following statement:
On 17/06/2024, a patrol from the Intelligence Directorate arrested in Al Abdeh – Akkar the citizen (A.AA.) for assaulting one of the army personnel who was in military uniform on the same date.
The investigation with the arrestee was initiated under the supervision of the competent judiciary.
