Deployment of Army units around the town of Naqoura – Tyre and the beginning of their dispersal in the area

The Army Command - Directorate of Orientation issued the following statement:

Army units have dispersed around the town of Naqoura – Tyre and started deploying in the area in coordination with the United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL). This deployment coincides with the convening of the Five-Nation Oversight Committee (Mechanism) meeting in Ras Naqoura, attended by the Senior Advisor to U.S. President Joe Biden, Mr. Amos Hochstein, simultaneously with the withdrawal of the Israeli enemy from the town.
