Dismantling an unexploded aerial bomb left behind from the Israeli aggression in Beirut’s southern suburbs (Dahyeh Janoubieh)

The Lebanese Army Command – Directorate of Orientation issued the following statement:

On May 24, 2026, a specialized army unit dismantled an unexploded aerial bomb left behind from the Israeli aggression in Sfeir - southern suburbs (Dahyeh Janoubieh) and transported it to a safe location to carry out the necessary procedures.

The Army Command stresses the importance of exercising the utmost caution in areas that have been subjected to Israeli attacks and urges citizens to report any suspicious objects to the nearest military post.
