Follow-up on the investigation into the hostile Israeli targeting an apartment in Ain Saadeh area – Metn

The Lebanese Army Command – Directorate of Orientation issued the following statement:

Further to the previous statement regarding a hostile Israeli strike targeting an apartment in Ain Saadeh – Metn, and as a result of ongoing investigations and security follow-up, it has been determined that the individual who left the building on a motorcycle at the time of the attack and then went into hiding is a delivery worker. Over the past months, he had been delivering medications to residents of one of the apartments in the building.

In this context, the Army Command affirms that investigations are ongoing to uncover the circumstances of the Israeli attack. It also calls for refraining from speculation on sensitive security matters, as this could lead to internal tension.
