Graduation Ceremony and Certificate Distribution for Officers and Military Personnel Who Completed a Program in Strategic Communication

The Lebanese Army Command – Directorate of Orientation issued the following statement:
A graduation ceremony and certificate distribution event was held for officers and military personnel from various army units who completed a program of activities in the field of “Strategic Communication.” The program ran from 21 September 2026 to 22 October 2026, as part of the cooperation programs between the Lebanese and Canadian armies.
The training was conducted by the Canadian Training and Cooperation Team in Lebanon, under the supervision of the Army’s Strategic Communication Planning Directorate. The program included workshops on narratives and imagery in communication strategy, training sessions in the field of orientation, as well as an exercise on communication during crises.
These activities aim to enhance the capabilities and effectiveness of the military institution in the field of information.
