Graduation ceremony of female soldiers

The Presidential Guard Brigade Headquarters hosted this morning the graduation ceremony of female soldiers who completed the designated training schedule. Brigadier General Salim Feghali, Commander of the Brigade headed the ceremony and represented the LAF Commander General Joseph Aoun. The event was attended by the trainers, relatives of the graduates as well as army officers. General Feghali said in a speech on the occasion “each one of you will be performing the vow to defend and safeguard Lebanon and thus great responsibilities will be laid on your shoulders. You will equally receive a great honor in doing so. I want you to consider this occasion as a bright achievement in your lives and a starting point from which you will enter the field of military life that is the field of never-ending sacrifice. We are confident of your capability to confront the challenges of the future with competence.”

The ceremony was concluded with a military parade where the graduates participated.
