Handover Ceremony of Excavation Equipment Donated by the European Union to the Army

A ceremony was held at the headquarters of the Independent Works Regiment to mark the handover of excavation equipment donated by the European Union to the Army. The donation was received in the presence of the EU Ambassador, Sandra De Waele, and the Deputy Chief of Staff for Logistics, representing the Army Commander-in-Chief, General Rodolph Haykal, in addition to a number of officers.

At the conclusion of the ceremony, Brigadier General Amin Al Qai, Deputy Chief of Staff for Logistics, read a letter of thanks on behalf of the Army Commander, expressing his appreciation for the continued support provided by the European Union to the Army, and presented it to Ambassador De Waele.
