Inauguration ceremony of the Logistics Brigade Health Center after its rehabilitation and expansion with the support of the Canadian authorities

An inauguration ceremony of a Health Center was held in the Logistics Brigade - Kafarshima, after its rehabilitation and expansion with the support of the Canadian authorities. The ceremony was attended by the Deputy Chief of Staff for Logistics, representing the LAF Commander, General Joseph Aoun, and the Canadian Ambassador to Lebanon Stephanie McCollum, as well as several officers.
Brigadier General Engineer Tony Abboud, the Deputy Chief of Staff for Logistics, gave a speech in which he said: "The Army Command is making concerted efforts to develop military medicine and ensure the best possible level of treatment for active duty and retired personnel and their families, and the initiatives of friend countries, particularly Canada, constitute highly important support in this regard."
On the other hand, Ambassador McCollum stressed her country's unwavering support for the Lebanese Army as the primary guarantor of stability and civil peace in Lebanon.
