The inauguration ceremony of martyr Major Walid el Chaar medical infirmary in Berkayel

Under the patronage of the Armed Forces commander General Joseph Aoun, represented by member of military council Major General P.S.C George Chreim, the inauguration ceremony of martyr Major Walid el Chaar medical infirmary ‎was held in Berkayel - Akkar. The ceremony was attended by Archbishop Bassilious Mansour and the family of martyr major Walid el Chaar in addition to several officers from the LAF, security forces and political and social figures.
The ceremony started with the Lebanese National Anthem, then Major General P.S.C Chreim delivered a speech in which he said:” we congratulate our parents in Akkar for the inauguration of the infirmary that is named after a brave hero who embodied his courage in the battlefield. It is all very familiar for the beloved region of the North, particularly Akkar, that never spared a way in offering its citizens to the LAF to be a fortress of pride and manhood.”
Major General Chreim expressed on behalf of the Armed Forces Commander every person who contributed in making this project a success. He also toured it and inspected its departments and equipment.
