Individual arrested in Borj Al Barajneh – Hay El Joura

The Army Command – Directorate of Orientation issued the following statement:

On 29/12/2022, a patrol from the Intelligence Directorate arrested in Borj Al Barajneh – Hay El Joura one of the most wanted individuals in the drug and arms trade, the Palestinian (J.M.), who was the main planner of the mass prisoners escape from the Palace of Justice – Baabda on 21/11/2020. There are 190 judicial bulletins against him for: drug trafficking and promotion, robbery and theft, trade and transportation of military weapons, shooting and injuring people, forming an armed gang with the citizen (H.J.) to carry out robberies.

The investigation was initiated under the supervision of competent judicial authorities
