Intercepting a boat attempting to unlawfully leave the Lebanese territorial waters

The Army Command – Directorate of Orientation issued the following statement:
On this date, a patrol from the Naval Forces arrested 15 naval miles from the shore between Anfeh and Qalamoun a boat attempting to unlawfully leave the Lebanese territorial waters, with 41 individuals on board (17 men, 14 women and 10 children), Lebanese and Syrian.
Investigations were carried out under the supervision of the relevant authorities.
