On 18/3/2021, the ceremony of laying the cornerstone for the rebuilding of Beirut Naval Base, funded by the German Authorities, was held in the presence of the German Ambassador and the representative of LAF Commander in Chief, marine colonel Haysam Al Dinnawi.
