• Born on March 25, 1940, in Zahlé.
• Enlisted in the Lebanese Army on October 9, 1959, and Promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on September 14, 1962, and subsequently advanced through the ranks until attaining the rank of Brigadier General effective January 1, 1990.
• Awarded several decorations, and received multiple commendations and congratulations from the Commander of the Army.
• Completed several training and educational courses in Lebanon and abroad.
• Married with two sons.
