OBITUARY FOR RETIRED BRIGADIER GENERAL RAFIC AL HAJJAR

The LAF Command – Directorate of Orientation mourns the passing of retired Brigadier General Rafic Al Hajjar, who passed away on 21 June 2025. Below is a brief overview of his life:
•    Born on 12 March 1943, in Chhim-Chouf
•    Enlisted in the Army on 4 October 1965, promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on August 1, 1968, and rose through the ranks to Brigadier General on 1 July 1994.
•    Received several medals, commendations, and congratulations from the LAF Commander multiple times.
•    Completed several training courses inside and outside Lebanon.
•    Marital Status: Married with two children.
