Operations to Raid and Arrest 6 Individuals for Various Crimes

The Army Command - Directorate of Orientation issued the following statement:

A patrol from the Intelligence Directorate arrested in Damour – Chouf (A.S.B.) for promoting and abusing drugs. An amount of drugs and a sum of money were seized in his possession.

Additionally, an army unit arrested in Al Qasr – Hermel the citizen (A.A.), who was wanted for opening fire toward an army patrol, and the citizen (H.Q.) for smuggling activities.

Another army unit raided the residences of wanted individuals in the city of Zahle and the towns of Terbol and Riyak - Zahle, arresting the citizens (T.S.) and (M.S.), as well as the Syrian (N.N.), all wanted for gunfire incidents. A quantity of firearms, military ammunition, and military equipment were seized.

The seized items were handed over, and an investigation was initiated with the detainees under the supervision of the competent judicial authority.
