Raid and arrest of 3 individuals in various regions

The Army Command - Directorate of Orientation issued the following statement:
On January 31, 2025, an army unit, supported by a patrol from the Directorate of Intelligence, raided the homes of wanted individuals in Brital – Baalbek for their involvement in arms trafficking and drug promotion. They arrested citizen (AA.M.) and seized a cache of military weapons and ammunition, as well as counterfeit currency, a machine for producing hashish, and a quantity of drugs.
Additionally, a patrol from the Directorate of Intelligence arrested citizen (A.A.) in Shaat - Baalbek for forming a theft and kidnapping gang; he is wanted for drug trafficking and for firing a weapon and an RPG at an army patrol.
Another patrol arrested the citizen (AA.J.) in Zalka – Matn for theft and seized two military-grade pistols in his possession.
The seized items were handed over, and an investigation was initiated with the detainees under the supervision of the competent judicial authorities.
